Hello,
I don't know why but on my backend the Admin Tools labeling (under the icon) not shows just if I pointing with mouse to the item.
See the attached pic.
Akeeba Backup works fine.

Your computer (therefore, your browser as well) is set up to use a dark theme, but you have set up Joomla! to use a light theme.
While there is a workaround, I won't tell you to use it because I have already addressed that in CSS. This fix will be available in the new release scheduled for next week. So, a bit of patience for three more days.
