Same problem after reisntalling manually.

Your problem comes from Joomla! itself. It has messed up its own tracking of the database schema version, causing this kind of problem.
Your best bet is the following:
- Export your Admin Tools settings
- Uninstall Admin Tools
- Make sure all tables with
_admintools_in their name which belong to your site have been deleted from the database. If not, delete them now yourself. - Reinstall Admin Tools.
- Import your settings.
This is basically a "hard reset" of what Joomla knows about your Admin Tools installation and will allow it to process updates in the future without a problem.
