#40188 Customizing mail templates not working, still get default mail template

Dear support,

I customized the Admin Tools Email templates for all installed languages (Dutch & English) but I am still getting the default template subject and body.

Any idea what went wrong? This is my first tine customizing those templates. I tried it on several websites, all installed with the latest versions of Joomla and the Extensions,
