One Problem
Table 'sgs6v_admintools_ipallow(' does not exist. (From file 7.2.4-20230228.sql.)
6 database changes were checked.
6 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

Update Structure does not fix this issue.

Reinstalling does not fix it either.

How do I resolve this?

I think that is a simple case of Joomla! being dumb with parsing a table create command. Does the table sgs6v_admintools_ipallow exist on your site?

Yes.   If it matters the db is PostgreSQL

I even added an ip but it didn't resolve the issue.

This is an issue with Joomla. I can't do anything about Joomla! itself. It falsely reports a problem which does not exist.
