Hi there,
in admintool, I wanted to set the redirect from www to non-www, however after I clicked on save, it does not save. I changed other values they saved fine.
as a result, my www.domain.com does not redirect.
Please help.

Check your configuration.php file, namely the $live_site line. It should be empty, i.e.
public $live_site = '';
If it's not empty, you cannot use the www to non-www redirection or vice versa, as it would create a redirection loop. In this case it's best to empty the $live_site line in your configuration.php file.

https://www.creativjoy.com cannot redirect, it shows

This is something you have to fix with your DNS entry. You need to have www.creativjoy.com as a CNAME record pointing back to creativjoy.com.
Remember: Admin Tools can only deal with what is going on with your server. It does not have control over DNS. That's completely separate and you have to make sure both the www and non-www domain resolves and is answered by the same account on the same server before you try to do a redirection from one to the other.
