Hi,

I have a problem with all my sites.

I simply can't add a new user without disabling Admin Tools.

As soon as Admin Tools is disabled I can add a new user on any level.

Sometimes it is also difficult to save changes in the global settings.

But primarily the user management has to be sorted out.

Hello,

are new users Managers, Administrators or Super Administrators? If so, please take a look at this page: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools-joomla/atspecialusers.html

If this happens even with users with the Registered group, when this happens please take a look at the Blocked Requests Log, what's the reason for the block?
