I'm trying to use another software product to basically copy my Live environment to a testing environment. This third party product is called StageIt. After the copy is finished and when I try to login to the test environment, I get a message that says: "0 Class "Akeeba\Plugin\System\AdminTools\Extension\AdminTools" not found". Can you tell me why I'm getting this and how to resolve this error?

First, delete the file administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php. This is a file created by Joomla which maps PHP namespaces to absolute filesystem paths. When it's missing, it is created afresh. I'm surprised that a tool ostensibly created to clone a site does not know about this; this has been the case since Joomla 4 alpha 2 released in November 2017 — six years ago. We've supported this in Akeeba Backup ever since.
