Hello, if I activate the option to change the "generator meta tag" it doesn't change. It still remain the default: "Helix Ultimate - The Most Popular Joomla! Template Framework." provided by my template.

This is because the template itself overrides the generator meta tag after our system plugin has modified it.
This is a long-standing issue with Helix. There is no fix we are aware of.
Please ask the developers of Helix to address this.

They suggest to override language string: HELIX_ULTIMATE_GENERATOR_TEXT
