I am an administrator of the website. When logged in at the backend the userid is blocked and I can't find out why.
Do you see any reason? Thank you for help.

Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

please manually disable Admin Tools, then get inside the Blocked Requests Log and take a look at the last few exceptions. What's the reason for the block?

there seems to be an irritation. It is a mail delivery failure and the error code says:

Most mail servers have limited the number of connections allowable for an mail account. This connection limit is set to combat abuse or spamming of the mail server. When a user attempts to exceed this connect limit, they see this error message 451.
I suggest to close the ticket and try to solve the problem with the webhoster.
