I have just a question regarding htaccess file creation/update.
Is it possible to re-generate htaccess by using a commande line for instance?
Because when managing a lot of websites, clicking and doing it manually one by one takes a long time.

yes! I just looked at the docs and it seems they're not updated to include the latest commands, but that's something you can do.
If you want to recreate the file, you can simply use admintools:htmaker:make .
admintools:htmaker:list will report the current configuration
admintools:htmaker:set <option> <value> will set a specific option
admintools:htmaker:get <option> will get the value of a specific option
