What you wrote in your ticket is not what you are showing me in your screenshot.
Your screenshot shows exactly two items, both of them Akeeba Strapper, tagged as No Compatibility Information.
This is correct. Akeeba Strapper was discontinued seven years ago, in 2016. It was a transitional package, adding Bootstrap 2 compatibility in the backend of Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 sites. This allowed us to publish software for Joomla 1.5/1.6/1.7/2.5 (which did not include Bootstrap 2) and Joomla 3 using a single software package. Once we dropped support for Joomla 2.5 it was no longer necessary and, therefore, discontinued.
Please note that Akeeba Strapper has been flagged as “No Compatibility Information” ever since Joomla 4.0.0-Beta2 was released back in 2019. If you had followed our Joomla upgrade advice when you upgraded your site to Joomla 4 you would not have had this issue.
You can try to remove Akeeba Strapper, but I am pretty sure it will fail on Joomla 4 since the code in that package, including its installation script, predates both Joomla 4 and PHP 8.1. At best, you can unpublish it from System, Manage, Extensions so it doesn't bother you anymore.
