In the Automatic IP Blocking Notification e-mail, the IP lookup link is not rendered; it simply displays: (IP Lookup: {IPLOOKUP})

The setting in the WAF is correctly set to the default value of: ip-lookup.net/index.php?ip={ip}

Change {IPLOOKUP} to {LOOKUP}. This was changed relatively recently.

If you have not made any customisations to the email templates you can reset all email templates by going to Components, Admin Tools for Joomla, Web Application Firewall, Email Templates and clicking the red Reset button towards the middle right-hand side of the page. This removes and reinstalls all email templates.
