Just updated to J4 and created an .htacces with the .htaccess maker. My extension demos are located in MySite/demos and I get a 404 page not found. I have tried to add the directory in "Frontend directories where file type exceptions are allowed, and Allow direct access, except .php files" to these directories not seeing where other settings would affect it.
MySite/demos works fine if I remove the .htaccess. I could not find anything the helped me on your site.
