Sorry I haven't filled in any of the Joomla information I can't access the backend, I'm sure I can if I rename main.php but I'm pretty sure this is a setting I have tweaked and not the Joomla version.
I get an error saying I cannot access the domain as I can only access it via certain domains. Which is a setting I configured in Admin Tools, but I think I must have done it incorrectly because I believe I am using the domain that is listed as acceptable.
What have I done wrong?

I'm assuming this setting stops things like cross domain hacking attempts or something like that? Or is it overkill for my purposes?
