I have just updated Admin Tools and am wondering if I should enable the "Action Log - Admin Tools Log User Actions" plugin? It is disabled at present.
Thanks for any help with this.

This is an optional feature which makes sense if you have more than one Super Users in the backend of the site who can modify Admin Tools' settings.
If you are the only Super User on your site this plugin has a more limited utility. It would just log what you did, in case you forgot or are unsure.
Practical scenario for multiple Super Users:
Alice builds a site for Bob. Both Alice and Bob have a Super User account, Alice as the person who built and will be maintaining the site, Bob as the site owner. Bob keeps messing around with settings he doesn't understand, calling Alice afterwards to complain that things are broken on the site. Alice wants to show Bob that he's causing the problems. Alice enables the “Action Log - Admin Tools Log User Actions”. Every time Bob changes something it is recorded in the user actions log. Alice can now point out to Bob that the problems started after he changed something in Admin Tools' configuration himself.
