Hi - I did something very stupid and asked the component to 'list all' in the Web Application Firewall log, so it gives a 500 internal server error now. I've been getting a huge amount of sqlishield notifications for the past week, it seems to a particular page in the directory component, and I wanted to see more, but accidentally selected the 'all button.

Please advise - can I just reinstall the component?

Thank you,

Alison

Hello,

don't worry, that's an easy fix. Please close your browser tab and open a new one, by logging inside your Joomla backend.

Then manually perform the logout. Log again inside the administrative area.

Now you can visit the Security Exceptions list again, without troubles.

The amount of records that should be shown are stored inside your user session, so if you perform the logout and then login again, you reset to the default value (only 20 records)
