I am getting the error Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\JsonDocument::addCustomTag() when I attempt to upload a png file (any image file actually.) Looking at the error files on Siteground, it says there is a 500 error
I have tried unsuccessfully to find the solution on the Joomla forum site. Siteground is of no help either.
I just ran the htaccess maker, but it had no effect either.
I am stuck, so any help you can supply will be greatly appreciated.

This issue is unrelated to Admin Tools.
Most likely you have a third party system or content plugin which stupidly assumes that Joomla only ever produces HTML documents. This is a big no-no I have warned other developers about: Common mistakes writing Joomla 4 plugins. I cannot help you troubleshoot Joomla or third party extensions.
