Hi there

when I try to download a file from my sites download directory /downloads, I receive an 403 error. The same file works fine, when I move it to the images directory. I've checked permissions and they seem all correct: 755 for directories and 644 for the files.

Can this be related to admin tools seetings?

SOLVED

To all

I added /downloads to the configuration under "server protection" in the exceptions area and created a new .htaccess file. It works now.
