I want to delete or truncate the "blocked request log"
Is there a "button" to do that?
if not, can I do it on the DB with a truncate query?
Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hello,
the fastest way is to operate directly on the database, you can issues a TRUNCATE statement on the table and everything will be deleted. However, this is a manual process and requires to be comfortable to work on the database.
If you want to automate the process, please take a look at Admin Tools' System plugin option. There's a field where you can tell how many records should be kept. Please note that it will take some time to perform the changes, since Admin Tools will delete records in batches of 100 items per time, to avoid slowing down the website.
