Please see attachment of error we are getting when trying to upgrade package for akeeba backup and admin tools for joomla 4 as we have just moved to it. It seems to be installed but we cannot find in menu.

This is an error coming from Joomla itself and refers to the core Joomla tables. This is not an error coming form our software. Trying to install any other component will have the same effect (only components create menu entries in Joomla; modules, plugins, templates etc do not create menu entries and will not trigger this error).

I recommend going to System, Database and see if Joomla reports the “Joomla CMS” schema as having errors. If it does, select it with the checkmark on the left and click on Fix in the toolbar.

If this didn't work go to Menus, Manage from the left-hand side menu and click on the All Menu Items link below it. On the new page you can click on the Rebuild button in the toolbar to have Joomla attempt to rebuild any missing / erroneous menu information.
