Hello, I am using the "Customise the generator meta tag", which is great, but it doesn't work on the /template/templatename/error.php page.
Can this be fixed?
I have not checked the /template/templatename/component.php
Thanks very much

No, this is not possible. This feature works by setting the meta generator in Joomla's document object. When an error occurs Joomla does NOT use the document object, it creates a new one. The way this works in Joomla 4 makes it impossible to manipulate it before the error page is displayed and the application exits. The only way to change the generator meta tag in the error page is with a template override on your site.

I see, that is great info. I will do it through my templates then.
Thank you very much.
