I have been a user of your products for many years. I have yet been able to do a successfull install where I can generate the .htaccess file so that I can takie advantage of the SEF via mod rewrite. Can you npoing me to a document that will help me accomplish this once and for all. I had to uninstall it on Thanis in advance.

Any .htaccess file generated with the .htaccess Maker, even with all settings turned off, will support SEF URLs — as long as your server has mod_rewrite enabled. It is part of the basic .htaccess code you cannot turn off. What exactly is the problem you are having? The more we know the better we can help.
