Hello,
what could be the reason why in .htaccess Maker the option "Redirect www and non-www addresses" doesn’t allow me to choose any options? Dropdown menu remains grayed out.

Thanks,

Lorenzo

You have set up a non-empty $live_site in your configuration.php. Edit your configuration.php file and change the $live_site line to read

public $live_site = '';

Do NOT set the $live_site in your configuration.php unless you are hosted on a broken server setup which does not send the HTTP Host header through the server environment. These configurations are extremely uncommon; systems administrators know how to forward the HTTP Host header even when there are layers of SSL terminators, caching proxies, heartbeat monitors and multiple web servers between the Internet and the application. If you don't know if you need a non-empty $live_site the answer is that no, you do NOT need it.
