I’m trying by the Htacces Maker, to redirect my second language home page temporarily to my first language home because the English side is not ready.

I try to use the code 307 as its really temporarily...

My first langage home appear as —> https://mywebsite.com

My second language appear as —> https://mywebsite.com/en/

 

I try : (no success)

Redirect 307 /en https://mywebsite.com

 RedirectMatch 307 /en https://mywebsite.com

 

Redirect 307 /en/ https://mywebsite.com

 RedirectMatch 307 /en https://mywebsite.com

Also not sure to put the code at the top or bottom of the file

Hello,

your rules seems to be valid, I tested them with this tool: https://htaccess.madewithlove.com/?share=25e6d789-e1d6-4c6d-a7fb-2e57e6cefc57

You should place them on top of your file.

Can you please use your browser in incognito mode? Redirects are cached for a long time in browsers nowadays, maybe it's just a cache issue.
