Can you tell me how to block bots using admin tools, which setting need to be enable and how to choose which bots can i block
Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

This depends on what you call “bots” because that's a very generic term that covers at least two different classes of automated software.
If you are worrying about automated attacks, they are blocked by the Web Application Firewall. The Auto-Ban tab of the Configure WAF page allows you to set up when their IP addresses will be temporarily (and, optionally, permanently) blocked.
If you mean search engine index bots and content scrapers, check out the .htaccess Maker / NginX Conf Maker / Web.config Maker (depending on your server technology). There's the “User agents to block” field. You can set up the user agents of bots you want to be blocked. This blocking takes place at the server level and is really fast.
