I have installed Joomla 4.0.5 --> it's working
I install Akeeba Backup --> it's working
but if I install Admin Tools and I use the wizard I receive the message: admin tools redirect too many pages
and the site is not working anymore !!!

Doing that sent you an email with troubleshooting instructions, including troubleshooting URLs. You need to follow the URL about the .htaccess file.
Long story cut short, delete the .htaccess file from your site, then rename the .htaccess.admintools file to .htaccess
Please read the documentation of the .htaccess Maker to begin working through its options to find which ones work on your site.
