I have enabled options and I can no longer access my administrator. I probably shouldn't have tried without knowing. how to retrieve my admin url, and not get blocked, thank you.

Have you tried the troubleshooting links in the email you received from your site when you changed options? We are sending you these links because these are the instructions we'd give when doing support. We realized it didn't make sense for you to file a ticket and wait when we could just automatically email you the same thing we'd be replying in our support. Sending you the email helps you get help faster.
Since you didn't specify what kind of issue you are dealing with exactly I am giving you the three most likely links first:
- Administrator password protection issues — This is very likely something you need if you changed the secret URL parameter and don't know what it is.
- Admin Tools' Web Application Firewall (WAF) locked you out of your site — This is something you need if any other Web Application Firewall is locking you out of your site's administrator backend
- Locked out of my site after applying a .htaccess using Admin Tools' .htaccess Maker — If you used the .htaccess Maker and your entire site shows a 500 Internal Server Error or 403 Forbidden error
