I have enabled options and I can no longer access my administrator. I probably shouldn't have tried without knowing. how to retrieve my admin url, and not get blocked, thank you.

Have you tried the troubleshooting links in the email you received from your site when you changed options? We are sending you these links because these are the instructions we'd give when doing support. We realized it didn't make sense for you to file a ticket and wait when we could just automatically email you the same thing we'd be replying in our support. Sending you the email helps you get help faster.
