I do not really know what to do for this initiative to be taken ...

On the advice of another thread I bought Admin Tools pro.
I said to myself made a backup with Akeeba before doing a manipulation,
My goal is to uninstall Admin Tools Free to put the Pro.
And there bingo! Uninstallation: I did it badly, I wanted to uninstall the components, modules, plugin ...
I then ended up with warning messages and error messages ... in the end
So I badly uninstalled the Free version.
I went to Akeeba and saw that it was necessary to uninstall by the package but it only talks about the Pro,
My first reaction is to reinstall Admin Tools Free to uninstall it again with the Package only.
I have the same alerts but no error message like the first time I wrote: only Package uninstalled (but FOF and FEF still cause problems with alerts),
These files appear to be Akeeba frameworks and may also depend on Akkeba Backup.
Akeeba says in a ticket not to touch their various FOFs, but the FEF is not mentioned anywhere ...
So ok but why the alerts on FEF and FOF?

What do you think I should do?

I have probably corrupted Akeeba Backup, will it make good backups now?

• Restore my backup just made before?
• But how ? Overwrite everything by FTP the site and put the JPA in the root and start kickstart?
• How to prevent Internet users from coming during the manipulation? Create an index.htm and index.php file to confuse them with a "Wait and come back ..." message
• Put the JPA without crushing and launching kickstart and it crushes we do not know what?
• In fact what is the correct procedure for a restore on a site which is running but taken offline?
• Do nothing and put Admin Tools Pro on top
• Haven't I corrupted Akeeba Bakup with these FEF and FOF files?
• Is it worth reinstalling Akkeba Backup as well?
• I read the tickets on Admin Tools and nothing evokes the transition from the Free version to the Pro.
  On the other hand it is mentioned possible corruption ...

However, what I must do for Akeeba Backup ? :

1. Reinstall Akeeba Backup from above too ?
2. Uninstall Akeeba Backup then reinstall it ?
3. or do nothing ?
