THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH OUR SOFTWARE — THIS IS A PROBLEM CAUSED BY A FAILED JOOMLA UPDATE FROM VERSION 3.9 TO VERSION 3.10. JOOMLA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS OWN UPDATES. The following is just a courtesy since we know exactly what the problem is.
Download the Joomla 3.10 update package from https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla3 You need the “Joomla! 3.10.2 Upgrade Package”, the very last one listed at the bottom of the page.
Extract it and upload its files to your server.
Side note: it's always a good idea to take a full backup of your site before updating to a new Joomla version and mark it as Frozen in the Akeeba Backup interface so it's never deleted. Also, it's a good idea to try logging out and back into your site after upgrading it to make sure there is no problem which prevents you from accessing your site to begin with.
