Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

There is no feature to block users based on the contents of their name or username, only based on the domain name in their email address. Please see https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools/web-application-firewall.html#waf-configure-joomla-hardening under “Filter user registration by email”.
Also note that such a feature doesn't make much sense because it can be easily circumvented by the user typing it with spaces or swapping some characters. Your best bet is to use CAPTCHA for user registration and have all user registrations validated either by email (self validation) or by an administrator. These are all core Joomla features, there's no point replicating them in Admin Tools.
