It happens to me with a Super User user who receives e-mails from the system except the one relating to the Security Exception which should contain the RESCUEINFO information, so in case these users make mistakes they cannot access the backend.
How can I solve?

Hi,

When a Super User account fails to log in, it is identified as a spammer and does not receive the RESCUEINFO email to restore its access. It only happens to this account, other accounts receive the email.

When an IP is temporarily blocked all Super Users receive the same email about the IP being blocked which also includes the rescue information. However, if the Super User is set up to NOT receive system email then this email will not be sent to them. That's a preference in their user account. It applies throughout Joomla, not just Admin Tools.

Does this user receive ANY emails?

If not, check your Admin Tools configuration. If you have entered specific email addresses to be sent the Admin Tools emails which do not include the email address of this user (exactly as entered in this user's Joomla user profile) then it makes sense that this user does not receive the email; that'd be exactly what you configured.

Remember that the rescue information IS NOT SENT TO THE USER THAT FAILED TO LOG IN. The rescue information is part of the IP block email sent to the email addresses of super users configured to receive these emails in Admin Tools' backend options. The very simple reason is that since the login failed we don't know if that request comes from a legitimate user or an attacker. Right?
