Our extensions are not marked as Joomla 3.10 compatible in the update source. This is a deliberate choice.
There are two reasons.
First, there are bugs in Joomla 3.10's Joomla Update which report misleading information about extensions correctly marked as Joomla 3.10 compatible. One of these was fixed, the other is not. I know for I have reported both.
The other reason is that Joomla 3.10 is supposed to offer some kind of compatibility layer for Joomla 4 but there is no code to that effect or even a solid, binding plan laid out yet. This means that we do NOT know what will happen in the next alphas or betas of Joomla 3.10. Our software MAY need changes to accommodate for whatever Joomla may do, if it does, whenever it does it.
So, the soonest I expect our software to be marked Joomla 3.10 compatible is late in the Joomla 3.10 beta period, whenever this might be. There's a good chance we won't have to do any major changes but we cannot take the risk. We took the risk with Joomla 4 and I ended up working 12 hour days, 6 to 7 days a week the past 6 months. So I am just waiting for things to stabilise before deciding to add official support for Joomla 3.10. In the meantime you can do the same thing I do: update the software manually and report any bugs you see.
