I've uploaded empty.htaccess and .htpasswd files in administrator directory with no effect...
Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hello,
please replace your current .htaccess file with Joomla default one. In this way you should regain access to your site.
Then you try to enable each feature you're interested into one by one inside the Htaccess Maker, until you find the culprit, so we can check how to fix it.
