Hello, I am trying to set the Redirect www and non-www addresses in the .htaccess file but it's not allowing me to. Any idea what is causing this setting to be disabled?

Hello,
can you please double check if the value of the $live_site variable inside Joomla configuration.php file? Is it empty or does it have a value? Please remove any value, such variable is only useful on servers with a VERY wrong configuration, and in 99% of cases it should be left empty.
