Hi

After installation of Admin tools my templates less.css files are not loading (see attachment for 403 error messages). My template is a Joomlart T3 template (Mixstore). I've tried to switch back to the original joomla htaccess file without success.

I also tried changing the cloaking settings in the firewall, setting "Block tmpl=foo system template switch"  and "Block template=foo site template switch" to no and "Allow site templates" to yes. No change.

Thanks

Ulrika

Hello,

this seems like a classic situation where you should simply add exceptions to the Htaccess Maker, however it seems strange that you're still having the same issue even with standard .htaccess file.

First of all I'd suggest you to manually replace the contents of the .htaccess with Joomla default one and to disable Admin Tools System plugin. In this way Admin Tools is completely disabled. Do you still have the same issue? If so, the culprit is not Admin Tools.

If the issue goes away, enable the system plugin again. Does the error pop up again? If so, the problem is causing by WAF Configuration, so we can start working from there.

Thank you for your response. You're right, it seems to be the .htaccess file after all. I reset it again to the original (correctly this time, sorry I thought I could just upload it with filezilla and it would replace the new one) and the site is back to normal. What kind of exceptions do you suggest?

Ok, that makes sense. You have to create an exception inside the Htaccess Maker, please follow this guide on how to create exceptions: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools/server-protection.html#determine-required-exceptions
