I originally got the Class fof40 container not found and followed the instructions on this post:

After installing 6.0.2 twice I was able to open Admin Tools but only see: Emergency Offline, Master Password, Password-protect Administrator See attached screen shot.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same results.
You have accidentally installed the Core (free of charge) version, as shown in very large type towards the top of the screenshot you provided.
Please install Admin Tools Pro (the paid version) on your site to restore these features.
