I updated to the newest version of Admin Tools Pro yesterday (from the previous release) and now all IP addresses not on the “Do Not Block” list are being blocked. Applies to front end and back end. Any user from an IP that’s not on Admin Tools’ white list gets blocked and sees the “You are a bad person…” message.

If I disable Admin Tools, they are able to access the site once again.

Any idea what’s going on here?

Hello,

can you please check inside the WAF Configuration what's the value for the field Enable IP workarounds? Can you please enable it?

Hi! Thanks for the fast reply! IP Workarounds was not enabled. I have just now set it to “Yes,” cleared cache, and this appears to have fixed the problem.

This issue is now resolved.
