We removed the geographic IP blocking features in December 2019 because of licensing issues, see https://www.akeeba.com/news/1727-removal-of-geographic-ip-features-from-akeeba-software.html
It is possible that you were using the IP blocking to cut off the countries that hosted the source of most of the requests that are being blocked. You don't have to suffer the barrage of emails, though. We have long implemented a throttling feature. Go to the Configure WAF page and set the “Enable blocked requests email throttling” option to Yes. You can now edit each email template to set its maximum frequency, the default being 5 emails in one hour.
Alternatively — and recommended — is to disable the emails on blocked requests. In Configure WAF, Logging & Reporting remove your email from the “Email this address on blocked request” option. Admin Tools is blocking attackers automatically, per the settings in the Auto-ban tab. It doesn't baby-sitting, therefore you don't need to go receive all those emails. In all honesty, the emails feature serves no purpose other than to appease some people who think they need it but can't tell me why. I still need to help them protect their site and I need to make a living so this feature stays in...
Regarding being blocked, please tell me what is the Reason and Target URL listed for your IP address in the Blocked Requests Log page. Without it I can't give you any sensible advice.
