Hi.

I keep getting locked out of the site after one attempt to login from the front end - Can be suer user or any other user.

when I unblock the IP, and refresh the site, I am actually logged in. 

 

I have disabled pretty much everything on the backend firewall and it still happens

 

I have no idea whats wrong.

Hello,

most likely there is a proxy in front of your website, so Admin Tools sees the IP of the proxy (which is always the same) and when something is blocked, everyone is blocked.

Please get inside the Configure WAF page and set the option Enable IP Workarounds to Yes. That should fix your issue.
