Suggestion
If Admin tools is stopping the changes to a user profile/password you just get a 403 error.
t would be much better if the error message told you the change was limited by Admin tools

well, yes and no. When a security exception happens, the best thing to do is to shut the door in front of the attacker, so he won't know what triggered the issue (he could work around that).
If you really want to display a more informative message, you could always customize the message inside Admin Tools params.
