i installed akeeba admintools on my site

the system asked me to initialize it via a wizard. since then I can no longer connect to the backend

i tried to connect with my email. no result

i created two empty text files and i copied them to the administrator folder with filezilla
(https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atadminpw.html) - same result

please help me

Hello,

when you complete the wizard, Admin Tools will create a new secret param to access the backend of your site. If you didn't write it down (or blanked the field, disabling the feature), you'll end up blocked.

However, don't worry, you can easily regain access to your site. First of all, manually disable Admin Tools as described here: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools/web-application-firewall.html#help-locked-out 

Then get inside Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and in the Basic Settings tab review the field 

Enable again Admin Tools and you'll be able to access your backend again.
