the system asked me to initialize it via a wizard. since then I can no longer connect to the backend
i tried to connect with my email. no result
i created two empty text files and i copied them to the administrator folder with filezilla (https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atadminpw.html) - same result
when you complete the wizard, Admin Tools will create a new secret param to access the backend of your site. If you didn't write it down (or blanked the field, disabling the feature), you'll end up blocked.
Then get inside Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and in the Basic Settings tab review the field Administrator secret URL parameter. Note down the secret param or clear the field to disable the feature.
Enable again Admin Tools and you'll be able to access your backend again.
