When upgrading to 5.8.0, it ceases to fully perceive the Russian language, as a result of which the materials are not displayed.

I am really not sure what you are trying to say. There is not enough information in your ticket for me to even understand what the problem looks like, let alone try to help with it.

Is Admin Tools not displaying in Russian? I can't really help with that because we only ship the English language files with our software. We haven't had official translations for a long time. If you're using a third party, community translation you should contact the translators and find out if they have updated their translation.

Are you talking about Joomla's own multi-language feature? I cannot reproduce it with Joomla 3.9.22 and Admin Tools 5.8.0. One of the two sites I am using to develop Admin Tools is, in fact, a multi-language Joomla 3 site with English and Greek. I can see everything working just fine.

Are you talking about using a third party tool which does full page translations such as Google Translate? I cannot reproduce such an issue with our site. If this is the case I would need more information about what you do, what happens, any errors you are getting and so on.

The Russian language disappears in the names of materials, menus, modules. Wherever the Russian language was, it is simply empty. English names are ok.

You managed to not answer any of my questions, so I'm back at the same point I was before I replied to you: I have no idea what you're talking about.

If you are talking about Admin Tools' language, as I said, it's NOT something we officially distribute and I cannot help you.

If you are talking about the language in the administrator backend of your site: Admin Tools has nothing to do with it. You need to have the language installed and select it when logging in.

If you are talking about the frontend of your site and you are using Joomla's multi-language feature: Admin Tools has nothing to do with it. It cannot possibly affect it or control it. As I told you, I have already tested that on my own multi-language sites.

If you are talking about the frontend of your site using something other than Joomla's multi-language feature: what is it, exactly WHAT DO YOU SEE (post a screenshot if you can't describe it) and do you get any error messages (in this case I need the exact error message).

Based on your description and my very limited mind reading capabilities I am inclined to say that your issue is not Admin Tools making the language magically fall back to English (since it cannot really do that). I can't tell you what it is since there's zero usable information in your two, very short posts.
