Can't find my subcription ID under my subscriptions.
I see my subscription is active but the download ID is hard to find.
Where can I find it?

It's called a Download ID, not a Subscription ID. The Download ID is linked to your user account, not your subscription. Otherwise it would change every time you renew a subscription which becomes very complicated, very fast – especially if you have dozens of sites.
I am not sure where you got the wrong terminology from. We have never used the term "subscription ID". We are consistently calling it Download ID throughout our software and documentation since its inception in 2010 – we were in fact the first Joomla extensions company to offer one click updates of our paid software, long before Joomla offered that feature (yours truly contributed that feature back to Joomla in 2012). But I digress.
There are several ways to get the Download ID for your account, either the main Download ID or one of the Add-on Download IDs you have created.
When your Download ID is missing our software displays a direct link to a different page where you can see your main Download ID and instructions for entering it in our software. This is the one-click path we expect you to follow to get your Download ID.
Moreover, at the top of our site, right below the logo, there are two links: My Subscriptions and Add-on Download IDs.
If you scroll all they way down the My Subscriptions page you will see your main Download ID along with quick download links.
If you go to the Add-on Download IDs page your main download ID is displayed right there. You can of course create and manage add-on download IDs as you please.
Furthermore, the documentation page about Automatic Updates links you to the Entering your Download ID documentation page which reads:
Finding your Download ID
Download IDs come in two flavors, your main Download ID and Add-on Download IDs.
You can find your main Download ID in the My Subscriptions page of our site. We recommend using this Download ID only on your own site(s). This Download ID cannot be revoked, it can only be regenerated. If it's regenerated you will need to enter the new Download ID on all of your sites which can be a significant hassle.
You can generate an unlimited number of Add-on Download IDs without additional charge in the Add-on Download IDs page. Unlike the main Download ID you can revoke (disable) any Add-on Download ID at any time. As long as you only use one Add-on Download ID per site revoking or regenerating it will not affect the other sites' ability to download and install updates.
These are the same pages you can access from the top user menu on our site.
Finally, the instructions pages you are linked to from within our software are also accessible directly from the Instructions link on our site's footer menu. We don't actually expect you to find them there. We consider the other methods far easier to find.
