Hi,

I have a user set as Admin (not super user) her IP has recently changed - she had access to admin area the other day. 

She has been blocked and receiving spammer message but there is no trace of a block, IP in blacklist, I've used the unblock IP function and still no success.

Any where else I can look?

Darren,

Is it just the one user blocked or is everybody blocked?  If it's just one user, and they are getting the "Bad person" message, then the IP has to be in a black list somewhere.  Please double check the Site IP Blacklist and the Auto Ban List.

The only other reason I can think of would be if you're using the IP Whitelist.  You said her IP changed, did you add the new IP to the whitelist?  That should still leave a message in the log and block lists.
