Good day,
Apparently I must be missing something in Admin Tools Web Application Firewall preventing an new Administrator from make changes to the template, as their IP is no longer being blocked, and they have access.
Attached are the user privileges set. And the New Admin states they can not access the desired area:
"To edit your template / module we would need access to the Extensions -> Manage menu item which I am sorry to say is currently unavailable to us."
I guess I must me missing a setting in Admin Tools preventing this?? Hmmm
Kinda stuck - do you have suggestions in a setting which I am missing in Admin Tools?
