wp-content/*
wp-admin/*


but these are for wordpress
what would the shields be for joomla?

is it be administrator/*

?

What the 404 Shield does is raise a Security Exception on some 404 error so that your auto-ban setting can kick in and ban the attacker.

So the WordPress strings are for Joomla! sites. When you see wp-admin.php on your Joomla! site, it is always an attack.
