Good morning, sir,

I use an application to create online courses : "Guru" from Ijooma.
The application prevents me from downloading images larger than 0.1 kb.
So it's impossible.
I contacted them and did all the recommended steps but to no avail.

In the attached image I explain the problem.
You can see that I modified the parameters of the server but the problem remains.
I think that it can be a problem of authorization with the htaccess created by admin tool (?) but I don't know how to handle it.

Can you enlighten me and help me?
I thank you so much, in advance.

Best regards

Hello,

your attachments didn't come through.
However, let's double check that such error is indeed caused by Admin Tools.
Please replace your current .htaccess file with Joomla default one, then disable Admin Tools system plugin.
In this way, our extension is completely disabled. Do you still have the same issue? If so, it means that's not caused by Admin Tools, otherwise we will keep investigating.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I try do disable admin tool plugin but an error message is displaying:
"Une erreur s'est produite
403 Accès refusé"
(in french)

That's Admin Tools protecting itself.
Please get inside the Configure WAF page and set the option Defend against plugin deactivation to No.
Then you can disable Admin Tools system plugin.

Thank you very much. Sorry for the attachment that did not download properly. I'll put it back here.
I have done what you mentioned (disable plugin...) and the problem "maximum file size 0.1 kb" still remains.
However, no other leads come to mind...

You should contact your hosting company, I suspect they are limiting the upload of specific files.
That's something that we (you and us) can't fix, since it's a server configuration.

I understand, even though other files of the same type usually manage to download.
Thank you.

Have a nice evening.
