Hello,

I've just had it reported back to me by a user that they're still receiving the default "you are a scammer" message even though we've entered a custom message in the Customisation section of the WAF Configuration.

The custom message was placed in AdminTools over a month ago, so it shouldn't be a caching issue.

I attach both screenshots. If possible, could you please let me know what I've done wrong?

Hello,

there are two different messages that you can set in Admin Tools.
One when we block the request (the one you edited) and another one when the IP has been banned. If you want to change the latter, you have to set the text you want to display in the field Show this message to blocked IPs, inside the Auto-ban tab.
