Hello Davide,
Thank you for your reply. We contacted Events Booking and here is their response:
*****
EB Checkin APP (basically, a mobile APP) access to the API via an URL. The URL is:
https://domain.com/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&task=scan.eb_qrcode_checkin&api_key=[API_KEY]
So the request is still via index.php file of the site, not via separate php file on the server. Maybe you should contact the developer of EB Checkin APP (his email is
[email protected] ) and ask him to check it further (maybe he should check the response of the request to see if it's being blocked or not)
Regards,
Tuan

According to what they said, the correct URL should be:
https://albaweinman.com/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&task=scan.eb_qrcode_checkin&api_key=[982444bb12654]
I know exceptions should be entered similar to this:
administrator/components/com_akeeba/restore.php
administrator/components/com_joomlaupdate/restore.php
components/com_jbusinessdirectory/assets/upload.php
But how would I enter the exception for the URL they provided? How can I know that php file the API uses?
We appreciate your help.
Thank you
Alba
