hello
by mistake, I deleted 2 htaccess (I think 1 of them admintools file) files in html_public Folder. then all pages showing 404 error except the home page

If you were using Admin Tools' .htaccess Maker you can go to Components, Admin Tools, .htaccess Maker and click on "Save and create .htaccess".

If you were not using Admin Tools .htaccess Maker you can create a new, blank .htaccess file and copy into it Joomla's htaccess.txt content. You can find its latest version in Joomla's GitHub repository.
